Through the “Quick request” form we collect your name, phone number, the town where the work is, the type of work and any notes. We use this data only to answer your request, arrange the site visit and prepare the quote.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email, we process the data you give us for the same purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless they lead to a contract: in that case the data is kept for the period required by law.

Recipients

Your data is not disclosed. It may be processed by the website hosting provider and the email service, acting as data processors.

Your rights

You can ask at any time for access to, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing and request data portability by writing to info@iozzimovimentoterra.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
